Jamboree is a three-story design villa on the island of Lidingö, 12 minutes by car from Stureplan in central Stockholm.
It has four bedrooms for up to eight guests, looks out over Islingeviken bay, and has a roof terrace, a spa with a sauna, and open-plan living on the top floor. It suits a family that wants the city close and the water in view.
Three Floors, from Roof Terrace to Spa
You enter on the top floor, where the kitchen, dining room and living room share one open space. The master suite is on the middle floor, with a bathtub and a dressing room. The lower floor holds the spa: a sauna, a spa bath and a terrace, with large windows toward the water. The roof terrace is the place for sea views and sunsets.
Modern Design with a Warm Feel
Jamboree was designed by a property developer featured in the Grand Designs series. The interior is minimalist and modern, with first-class materials and furniture that keep it warm and welcoming.
Stockholm Is One Bridge Away
Lidingö is connected to the city by bridge. From Jamboree it is about 12 minutes by car to the shops and restaurants around Stureplan, 20 minutes to the Royal Palace and the Old Town, and 35 minutes to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Lidingö also has two golf courses.
