Arlanda VIP means being met before the crowds, not after them. At Sweden’s largest international airport, the top level, Black, uses Swedavia’s own airport VIP facility: a private building with its own entrance, security check and suites, so you never see the queues at Terminals 2, 4 and 5 or the crowds in SkyCity.
It suits executives on tight schedules, families with small children, public figures who want privacy, and companies welcoming an important guest. Fast Track at Arlanda: Gold or Black?
Gold gives you fast track at passport control and customs when you land, with our agent at your side; Black uses a private channel. The fast track that some carriers sell, or include with business class or frequent-flyer status, is different: a priority lane at the public security checkpoint when you fly out, with no one to meet you.

Bromma: Private and Business Jets
Flying privately into Stockholm Bromma? Since January 2025, Bromma has handled mainly private and business jets, and Swedavia runs no VIP programme there. Your chauffeur meets you at the aircraft or the private terminal instead. Central Stockholm is about 7 km away, around 20 minutes by car.

No. We arrange everything as one booking with a single invoice. Tell us which level you want when you request your transfer, and we coordinate with our partners on your behalf.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before you fly. Requests can be handled 7 days a week, subject to Swedavia VIP availability. Short-notice requests may also be possible on request.
Black follows Swedavia’s VIP opening hours, 06:00–21:00 every day, with different hours on some holidays. We handle requests 7 days a week.
Yes. Most long-haul and non-Schengen flights use Terminal 5, and the private entrance is the same whichever hall your plane uses. For non-Schengen travel we need passport details when you book.
The Arlanda Express train is a quick rail link to Stockholm Central, about 20 minutes, but you still walk through the terminal with your bags and need a ride from the station. With Arlanda VIP, your car waits for you and takes you straight to the address.
Yes. Swedavia offers pre-booked parking for VIP guests at SEK 250 a day or SEK 1,125 a week.
