Villa Thor embraces luxury in a pure minimalist approach. Situated on a peninsula, its open spaces, limitless views and sense of eternity are a true delight to the senses.
The 500 m2 / 5382 sq ft house is an architectural masterpiece where every space has been carefully planned.
Nature and the sea are always present thanks to the large windows that offer panoramic views of the Stockholm archipelago.
A tennis court and a bakery are within walking distance of the villa. With Mr Charles you can easily reach many excellent restaurants by boat.

Master suite and three bedrooms
The master suite is truly comfortable with its own bar and spa. This is where the home’s sauna is located. There are three additional bedrooms, allowing a total of eight guests to stay in the house.

Facilities
The villa’s infinity pool is heated to 35 ℃ / 95 ℉ year round. A sauna and a small indoor spa pool provide perfect relaxation. There is also a well-equipped gym. By the water, there is a private beach with a dock for refreshing swims.
The modernist kitchen is a chef’s dream. Enjoy preparing your meals yourself or let Mr Charles take care of it.
A spacious dining room with a dining table for 10-12 guests connects the kitchen to the living room. All in a unified minimalist design with a perfect balance between architecture and interior design. A spacious wine cellar completes the villa.

Housekeeping and our 24/7 concierge service are included. When staying at Villa Thor, you also have the option to receive full service from Mr Charles (at an additional cost).
